La Plateforme was born in 2007 with the aim to explore and give more value to the wealth coming from relational intelligence within collective organizations. The human dimension constitutes a crucial immaterial wealth to be considered beside material productive wealth.

La Plateforme is aimed at creating a better equilibrium between these two types of wealth by creating more participative governance and collective action, to articulate volunteer involvement and paid work within nonprofit organizations, and to foster cooperation between a diversity of stakeholders.

In other words, the association has the mission to create links between citizens’ organizations and to improve the quality of relationships within collective organizations. The association provides support to organizations that want to improve their collective life and cooperation inside and outside the organization in a changing world.
