Norges barne- og ungdomsorganisasjoner (The Norwegian Children and Youth Council) is an umbrella organisation for more than 90 Norwegian non-governmental organisations for children and youth. Among the members are organisations working in a wide range of areas: from education and politics trough culture and music to scouting and religious work, promoting youth councils, international youth exchanges, democracy, and sustainable development.

The council provides politicians with the knowledge they need to produce a comprehensive policy for children and youth, and provides services for its member organisations.
