Ilina Nesik is the programme manager for the Balkan Civil Society Development Network, BCSDN a leading regional network in the Western Balkans and Turkey that works on empowering civil society and influencing European and national policies towards a more enabling environment for civil society development. She has a considerable international experience gained in civil society organizations in Germany and France and through her studies in Strategic Communication and Public Relations in Europe in France.
In BCSDN she is responsible for the programme management for the last 6 years. She has participated in mayor global processes like the Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness and currently works on the development on a Global Standard for CSO Accountability.
